Between November 2024 and October 2025, One Marshall County engaged in a strategic planning process to inform the work of the organization over the next five years. This process started by conducting discovery sessions with thematic committees and community stakeholders, reviewing planning documents and reports from partner organizations, reviewing local, state, and federal publications. With this foundation, OneMC worked to define what goals are important to the organization, how we want to achieve our goals, what outcomes we want to achieve, and what projects, initiatives, and activities we will engage with to move closer to our vision.
