Taylor Wilson
Communications and Community Coordinator
Taylor Wilson joined One Marshall County in June of 2026 as the Communications and Community Coordinator. She brings eight years of experience in local government, including four years specializing in communications, marketing, and public engagement. Taylor earned a B.S. in Natural Resources and Environmental Management from Ball State University in 2019.
At One Marshall County, Taylor supports the organization’s mission through strategic communications, community engagement, and helping organizations convey the impact of their work. Taylor is passionate about serving others and fostering a sense of community. She believes effective communication begins with listening, and hopes to utilize her skills in storytelling, barrier identification, and content strategy to highlight the work of Marshall County’s dedicated community leaders. Taylor is keen on keeping a strategic outlook and streamlining projects to increase capacity for everyone.
Prior to joining One Marshall County, Taylor served as the Education and Outreach Coordinator for a Soil and Water Conservation District, where she developed educational programs and outreach initiatives to promote environmental stewardship. Her experience working alongside local government and service organizations has given her a strong appreciation for collaborative leadership and the role that thoughtful communication plays in advancing shared goals.
When not at work, Taylor enjoys creating 3D art, bird watching, traveling, and volunteering. You can find her trying new coffee shops, picking up eclectic hobbies, or spending time in nature with friends.
